The reason I bought an electric bike is for commuting to work daily because I just moved to a new place which had a nice route that is safe for electric bikes to travel daily. 

The style, looks, and the speed & power to travel the route to my work was really just great for daily ride and wouldn't cause me to be late in work. But for some reason, the battery has a defective and when I charge it, the battery hasn't charging (no red light indication) which caused me not to use it. I've been riding a taxi since then and it was so disappointing since it was very new. I wish that all the devices you're going to sell should be diagnosed or tested before delivering it to the buyer. But still wishing for the best in your company.
